Happy Birthday Red Moon!

I am happy and proud to announce that today Red Moon celebrates its 5th anniversary! It was on the 19th of June 2005 (almost feels like yesterday) when The First Legion and Might of Kalimdor merged into the first big lvl60 guild on Hellscream. Over the years Red Moon has grown to a stable and well known raiding guild on Hellscream, providing a home to many Horde players. My thanks go to all current and past members of Red Moon, who made it possible for us to get this far! /cheer /dance Yuma UPDATE: Below you will find an overview of yesterdays festivities. We started the afternoon with a level 1 Tauren race from Mulgore to the gong at Ahn'Qiraj. There were 7 guildies participating at this event. Eidolon and Yuma followed the bunch of low levels all the way from Mulgore to Silithus to make sure no one cheated. The race was exciting and after a while of running it was a close call between Bizzie and Rockin. In the end it was Bizzie who reached Ahn'Qiraj first. Unfortunately he didn't know where the gong was, so Rockin was the first at the gong. We decided to let them share the reward of 500 gold. Then we formed a large 40 man raid to Iron Forge (non-guildies were allowed as well). We summoned ourself to the middle of IF and pwned the Dwarf king within a few minutes. After the kill, we went to the Auction House / Bank area and pwned as much as we could. We stuck together as a group and survived for quite some time, until we were countered by a large Alliance raid. Later in the evening we did some naked old skool runs to AQ40 and BWL, leading to the fall of C'thun and Nefarian. It was set as a rule that you were only allowed to wear your weapon(s), trinkets, cloak and relic/offhand. At the end of the evening we threw a party in Orgrimmar with lots of booze and funny stuff. At midnight there were still several raiders online, so we continued our naked old skool raids. We went to Outland to succesfully get rid of Prince Kael'thas and Lady Vashj. I don't have any pictures of those late night activities though. I hereby want to thank everyone (in- and outside Red Moon) who made yesterday a great success! Enjoy the pictures below!
